In 2011, the first Beijing Autumn Dental Fair was held successfully by the support of many industrial professionals. The last fair won the good appraise by industrial professionals and was called “the largest autumn dental purchasing& order exhibition in northern China” and “the professional dental fair with most development potential”. The exquisite booth and bare stand has no any equipments and power, exhibitors should be in charge of booth decoration cost and pay 20 RMB each square meter as the exquisite management.

【參展須知】1、填好申請表，加蓋公章后連同“營業執照”及“組織機構代碼證”復印件傳真或電郵至組委會，展位按“先報名，先分配，先付款”的原則安排。會前一個月組委會將發一份《參展手冊》以確定展品運輸、住宿等事項。2、參展商應遵守知識產權保護法，嚴格遵守知識產權法的相關條例。3、申請展位確定后5日內將展會全款或50％定金匯至組委會，否則所定展位不能保留。在規定期限內未交齊款項將取消參展資格，所交款項概不退還。參展申請表一經確認，參展商要求撤消參展申請，非經組委會同意，其參展費用概不退還。組委會保持最終調整權。

[Notice]

1.       Please fill out and seal the application form, then submit it with business license and organization institution code certification by fax or mail to the Organizing Committee and the booth you reserved will be arranged by principle of "first apply, first pay, first arrange". The Organizing Committee will send a participation brochure for you one month before the fair and will assist exhibitors to accomplish after-services such as exhibition logistics and accommodation.

2.       Exhibitors should abidance by Intellectual Property Rights Protection Law and relevant regulations.

3.     Stand only retains for those who remit 100％ cost or 50％ deposit in 5 days after confirmation of booth to the Organizing Committee. Eligibility will be canceled if remittance failed to reach Organizing Committee within the prescribed time. Eligibility will be canceled and account paid will be not refunded if the enterprises do not pay up the fee within stipulated time. It’s not allowed to revoke booth and transfer booth to others after the confirmation. The organization committee keep the final regulation right.
